Fun Fact #1
I met my husband the first week of 2020, right before COVID. After one year of dating, he moved across the world to Taiwan with me where we eventually got married. He’s a Graphic Designer and has been an inspiration to me as a budding designer.
Fun Fact #2
My first job was at a Michelin starred restaurant called Fiola DC, based in Washington DC. I almost got to say that I made dessert for J. Lo and A. Rod but unfortunately they cancelled their reservation. So sad.
Fun Fact #3
My second job was at Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York City, which is known for the famous Cronut, amongst other pastries. Chef Dominque is extremely dedicated to his bakery proven by the fact that he came to see us almost every day.
Fun Fact #4
In 2024 I was commissioned to make ceramic dessert plates for The Grand Hotel, Taipei. The hotel is a cultural landmark in Taiwan and has hosted many world-leaders, celebrities, as well as dignitaries. It was an honor to be a part of something like this.
Fun Fact #5
On Valentines Day in 2020, I fell down a flight of stairs (like a cartoon character and bounced off of each step) and broke my coccyx. The anniversary of my broken coccyx is what my husband and I acknowledge before celebrating Valentines Day.

When I first moved to the US, I often overheard people talking about the CIA. I thought it was crazy that they were talking about it in public. But as a foreigner, it was kind of cool. Sadly, I found out they meant The Culinary Institute of America. (CIA)
